On a Surface Pro, the typical battery life is about 7 hours, which could leave someone looking for an outlet near the end of the workday even if they charged it the night before. The iPad Pro offers a much better picture-taking (and editing) experience compared to the Surface Pro. Just keep in mind that the photo quality may not be very good, especially in conditions with little light. One of the benefits of the app is the ability to easily add pictures to your notes using the Surface Pro’s camera. It works like a Windows PC, which means you can run the basic OneNote App available in the Microsoft Store. I have some Notebooks on Skydrive and that is all well and good, but I “Collaborate” in SharePoint with my peers and not having the app integration was killing me.Most recently used notebooks sync across devices (ya!).The improved functionality (Tables, etc.).So what’s new? Well, a bunch of stuff really. OneNote for iPhone, iPad and Android received a major update today. Where was the new and improved OneNote? Well, here it is, it just took a couple of extra days to arrive (perhaps staggered on purpose ). I was pretty bummed at first, when the Office Apps for iPhone came out. Yep, OneNote for iPad/iPhone (and Android) has received a MAJOR update and reset – version 2.0! So here we go…Įvernote, I hardly knew ye … and never really liked ye… What I woke up, the sun was shining, birds were tweeting (can we use that term about birds still?) and low and behold, my iPad and iPhone App stores were telling me I had a new present waiting for me.
